Eva Kogut to Speak on Collaborative Process at DePaul University College of Law

Eva Kogut will share insights on the collaborative process at DePaul University College of Law on March 11, 2020.

Eva will present to students in the Family Law Mediation course, which is designed to teach law students the strict representation standards within the mediation process and provide a basis to know when and how to represent clients in mediation.

The course is taught by attorney and mediator J. Alex Jacobson, who educates students on effective advocacy in mediation through a simulated teaching methodology.

Eva practices exclusively in the area of family law, helping clients achieve the best possible results in their personal circumstances. As a trained mediator, she believes that the collaborative process is a good alternative to the traditional divorce process and that mediation can be an effective process for resolving divorce and family law issues.
