Eva Kogut to Share Insights on Alternative Family Dynamics and Estate Planning After Divorce at IPA Convention

Eva Kogut will discuss alternative family dynamics and the impact on divorce and estate planning at the 2019 Illinois Psychological Association’s Annual Convention on Friday, November 15 at the Doubletree in Lisle-Naperville.

Eva’s workshop will cover various alternative family dynamics including LGBT, non-monogamy and unique circumstances to take into consideration when divorcing and developing parenting plans. She will discuss Alternative Dispute Resolution options as well as issues to consider when estate planning. She will be presenting alongside Lisa Irgang of the Relationship Solutions Center and Jessica Malmquist of Greenwich Law Group. The theme of the convention is “Illuminating Intersectionality the World Within the Individual & the Individual Within the World: Interconnected Identities in Science and Practice.”
