Cailee J. Alderman to Address the Post-DCFS Process for Children in DePaul University’s 2023 Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Center Symposium

On Tuesday, October 10, Cailee J. Alderman will join family law professionals in the panel discussion "A Child's Life After a DCFS Finding: Adoption, Foster Care & Guardianship" as part of DePaul University’s 2023 Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Center Symposium.  

The symposium will be held in person at DePaul University – DePaul Center (1 East Jackson Boulevard Chicago, IL 60604) with an option to join online. 

Cailee’s panel will last from 2 - 3 pm and will discuss: 

  • The options for a child leaving protective services in Illinois 
  • The circumstances a child might face and which option is the best for them 
  • What to look out for when working with clients seeking a post-Department of Children & Family Services finding option  
  • The right questions to ask clients
